Behold.
This is a collection of 5 stories, previously published on Unnamed Journal. The product description on Amazon goes as follows:
Tygg is a Barbarian. Drea is a Witch. They sail the seas in a ship of freed slaves and dead men, hunting for magical artefacts. They encounter magical mysteries, cruel enemies, and occasional allies. If you ever wished Robert Howard’s “Queen of the Black Coast” could have had a different ending, then these stories are for you.
The stories themselves:
- The Dying Goddess – Tygg and Drea discover an evil cult taking over a seaport. Blood & Thunder ensues.
- The Barbarian on the Shore – A sorceress goes through her memories, fractally, to recall how Tygg & Drea saved her as a little girl.
- The Sword in the Cave — Tygg and Drea, exploring a fabled lost continent, encounter a community of women enslaved to a terrible beast. But all is not as it seems.
- The Skeleton King — Tygg and Drea chase down a lost legend, making a pact with a famed Pirate captain to fight their way through monsters for a great treasure.
- Foul is the Golden Scale — Marooned on a swampy isle, Tygg and Drea encounter a mythical being of prehistoric power, and fight to establish a new realm.
Currently available in ebook format; paperback will come at some point.
